Impact Action Team Makes A Difference In The World Through Boot Camp Training!

Anyone who has ever gone into the military and gone through boot camp understands that boot camp is where they learned their basic skills.  Once learned, those same skills were expected to be put to use to make an impact; wherever that individual was sent to serve.  That is the same principal that business man and author, Ken McArthur, of JVAlert Live fame, is going to employ with 18 individuals through his new Impact Boot Camp http://www.impactbootcamp.com  which is a 3 day intensive training program.  

       Ken has written a best selling book called, “Impact, How to Get Noticed, Motivate Millions and Make a Difference in a Noisy World” which was published earlier this year.   He mentored with Glenn Dietzel of Books Mean Credibility fame to write that book in 12 hours.  Ken created a whole program around the book after it was published.     He knows quite a bit about making his voice heard; however, Ken has managed to snag some experts to train the 18 individuals; in  areas of expertise such as: speakers, authors, business, marketers, media consultants, and publicity.  Once those skills are learned…they will be asked to work together as a team.  The 3 day training will take place on August 22, 23, 24th.  There will be musical entertainment and motivation at this event as well; it is much anticipated! 

        Once trained, the action team members will be putting their newly learned skills into practice, to work together, with the experts, putting together a project that will make a huge impact on individuals, as well as community.  All of this will take place with cameras recording the event.  Impact Bootcamp will become a part of a televised pilot program called, The Impact Factor; which will illustrate that anyone can have a positive impact on the lives around them! 

        This powerful training program will have an amazing impact as the individuals who join together will have the opportunity to work on a project, with expert guidance, to positively change people’s lives.  They can work on anything from a social issue, to helping redirect negative circumstances either for another individual or group of persons, or they could focus on a charity/or non-profit organization, the environment or, any number of issues needing a helping hand.  They will choose carefully where to direct this blending of skills, talents, resources, contacts, and expert advice.  It is going to be an amazing thing to see put into action…restructuring the way that American’s connect to each other; to help those in need.

          Jeff Wellman, an internet marketer, who made a startling debut with the release of his Lay Off Your Boss digital product last year and made over $104,000.00, will be one of the 18 individuals working to make a difference in the world.  Jeff has been gaining strength, respect, and credibility in the internet marketing world through his intense desire to help others who are in the same position he was in, a couple of years ago.  He released his LayOffYourBoss2 with that in mind…mentoring others through intensive coaching to give people tools to help themselves with their online pursuits.   Previous to this, Jeff’s own job was uncertain, creditors were demanding payment, he was working every hour that he could just to make ends meet. 

       Jeff’s son saw him struggle and had a solution.  Jeff’s son is a highly successful internet marketer, by the name of, Keith Wellman.  Keith suggested that Jeff come to his hometown and learn internet marketing to help him gain some financial freedom from working a job that wasn’t paying the bills, no matter how many hours he worked. 

        Jeff, like many baby boomers, was caught in a trap.  He was being crushed by trying to live with the values he was taught of working hard to get ahead staying in a job until retirement. He was unaware that with an unsteady economy, the job landscape had changed…there was no stability in the typical work environment.  

        Jeff was giving everything he had to his employer, out of loyalty, and the very honorable work ethic that saw him through his time in the Marine Corps, and working on a dairy farm for 20 years.  Those values never go out of style with employers thankfully.  However, when the farming job took a financial downturn, Jeff began a new job in a factory.  He enjoyed the job but as a 40 something new hire…those with seniority were in a more secure position in the factory when it looked like layoffs were coming.   Those work ethic values and loyalty weren’t unappreciated; but, it was just a fact of life, those with seniority were able to maintain their jobs without fear of being laid off.

       That was when Keith’s advice took root and Jeff had to once again…draw from that same work ethic and learn a new trade.  He became a hard working successful internet marketer.  But, that was not enough for Jeff…he heard from his clients that too many of them were in some of the same terrible positions; Jeff wanted to help change that.  He wanted to help others who were being caught between lay offs and job downsizings while trying to raise their children, save for retirement and helping their own aging parents, and trying to survive a very volatile economy; many folks even in the position of battling to save their homes from foreclosures.  That is when Jeff stepped out on faith and learned a new skill set that allowed him to Lay Off His Boss; that enabled him to reach out to others and help teach them some of the same skills by coaching them through the process.

        People were drawn to Jeff and his story because many of them were depressed, loosing their homes, drowning in debt, having to re-evaluate where their lives and careers were going.  So Jeff began to take on coaching students.  His business grew and his clients learned to trust him because he went the extra mile with his coaching students.  Because of this, Jeff has learned that a powerful impact can be made those around you, if you can only learn to use the skills that allows lives to be improved.

        Understanding that in order to take his business to the next level; and, to help create a larger IMPACT, in the lives of those he comes in contact with online, Jeff sought out the coaching and mentoring experience, of his good friend and mentor, Ken McArthur.
